ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider her representation, dated 16.10.2015, within a stipulated time.

2. According to the petitioner, she filed an application before the 2nd respondent on 16.10.2015, to cancel the settlement deed, which was registered by the third respondent in Document No. 623 of 2015, dated 09.06.2015. The said application is still pending with the second respondent without any disposal. Hence, the Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents on instructions submitted that already enquiry is commenced and after completion of enquiry, suitable orders will be passed on the application submitted by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to complete the enquiry and pass suitable orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to all the parties concerned, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No Costs.
