Prayer: Contempt petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondents herein for the willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in WP(MD).No.11126 of 2022 dated 22-08-2022.

2.The petitioner alleges that the order passed by this Court has been breached.

3.After hearing the learned counsel on either side, I expressed my view that the petitioner will have to file an independent writ petition for ventilating his grievances. The petitioner appears to have done so. However, he wants this Court to clarify that the order passed in 2/4

W.P.(MD)No.11126 of 2022 is confined to the protection of the petitioner's patta land and that it has no bearing as such on the petitioner's request for constructing a retrainer wall. The order earlier passed is accordingly clarified.
