RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Honble Court upon the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5533 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9198 of 2022 dated 05.04.2023 thereby permitting the petitioner surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV,Trichy instead of surrendering before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Anti Land Grabbing Court, Trichy.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ARUMUGAM C M, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- While passing the order in Crl.MP(MD)No.5533 of 2023 in Crl.OP(MD)No. 9198 of 2022, dated 05/04/2023, this Court directed the petitioner to execute bond for satisfaction of the Special Court for Anti Land Grabbing Cases, Trichy. Since the said Court was abolished as per the order of Hon'ble Supreme Court, the petitioner is directed to comply the condition before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Trichy as imposed in the said order and time is also extended further for a period of 15 days, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
