[Order of the Court was made by D.BHARATHA CHAKRAVARTHY, J.] Today, when the matter is taken up for admission, Mr.T.Senthil Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents, produced before this Court a copy of the proceedings bearing No. 127/Pe.Tha.Ci.Ma/2026, dated 19.05.2026, issued by the fourth respondent, whereby the prayer of the petitioner has been rejected.

2. In view thereof, granting liberty to the petitioner to take such steps as against the above proceedings of the fourth respondent in the manner known to law, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. [D.B.C., J.] [R.P, J.] 20.05.2026 NCC :
