ORDER

The petitioner got married to the respondent on 11.09.2006. A male child was born through the wedlock. The marital relationship between the parties appears to have come under strain. The respondent filed H.M.O.P.No.311 of 2017 before the Family Court, Sivagangai. The petitioner herein has filed H.M.O.P.No.23 of 2018 on the file of the Sub Court, Paramakudi, seeking restitution of conjugal rights.

2.In the very nature of things, both the cases will have to be tried together. Since, the petitioner is a woman, in the interest of justice, this Court withdraws H.M.O.P.No.311 of 2017 from the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai and transfers the same to the Sub Court, Paramakudi, to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.23 of 2018 filed by the petitioner herein. 3.Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
