This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in WP(MD) No.592 of 2025, dated 09.01.2025 has not been complied with.

2.Today(20.06.2025), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondent submits that based on the complaint of this petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and it was closed as the issue between the petitioner and the rival party is a civil dispute. A copy of the closure report is also placed before this Court.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this contempt petition is closed, with a direction to the respondent to furnish a copy of the closure report 2/4

to the petitioner, enabling him to work our his remedy in the manner known to law.
