ORDER

The petitioner, who is the defacto complainant in Cr.No.01 of 2025 has filed this petition seeking direction to the respondents to file a final report in the said crime number. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submits that the investigation in Cr.No.01 of 2025 has already been completed and charge sheet has also been filed through E.Filing in STC-LTN 20220001593 C202500103 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, on 26.02.2025.

3.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is closed. Mere filing of final report through E-filing is not enough. It is the duty of the second respondent Police to ensure that the 2/4

final report is taken on file. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai is expected to take up the final report on file, without any delay, if it is otherwise in order.
