ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the respondent for the Contempt of Court committed by him by his wilful disobedience of the

order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.16651 of 2021, dated 26.10.2021.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed befoire this Court.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that interim stay has been passed by the Court in the writ Appeal filed against the order made in the Writ Petition. Further, it is represented that a competent person/official is appointed to assess the damages caused to the Petitioner. 4.In view of the same, the Contempt petition is closed for the present. No costs. If there is any necessity arose in the future, it is left open to the Petitioner to reopen the Contempt Petition, in the manner known to law, if so advised.
