Sir, Sub: Courts - Criminal Original Jurisdiction - Crl.MP(MD)No.4490of 2017 in crl.RC.No.140/2017 on the file of the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court praying to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble court in Crl.MP.No.1389/2017 in Crl.R.C.No.140/2017 by on order dated 22/02/2017 on the file of this court and to call for the records relating to the Judgment dated 08/12/02016 made in Crl.A.No.39/2016 on the file of the I Additional District and sessions Judge, Madurai, confirming the judgment dated 03/05/2016 made in C.C.53/11 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatti and set aside the conviction and sentence imposed against the Appellatnt/ Accused - Report called for - Regarding.

Ref: High Court's Order dated 12.06.2017 made in Crl.MP(MD)No.4490 of 2017 in crl.RC.No.140/17. ------ This court by order dated 22.02.2017 in Crl.MP.No.1389/17 directed the petitioner to appear before the District Munsif - cum- Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatti once in a week i.e on every Monday at 10.00 am.

As per the order of this Hon'ble Court under reference cited, this Court hath directed the Registry to call for a report from the District Munsif - cum- Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatti, regarding the compliance of the petitioner as above.
