ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) The prayer sought for in this writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to set aside the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.F1/833/2022 (Class III), dated 26.06.2024 and quash the same as illegal in the light of Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Encroachment Act, 1905 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.06.2024.

Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, learned standing counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent Corporation submitted that, the Page No.2 of 4

encroachment made by the petitioner has been removed by the petitioner himself.
