The petitioner has come up with this writ petition for a direction to the respondents to measure and demarcate the property in Survey No.78/4 in Bit-I, in extent 26 cents, Vilangudi Village, Madurai.

2. Heard Mr.S.Balakarthick, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.C.Venkadesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In the light of the prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the

matter, directs the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.02.2017 and take appropriate action on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to all the necessary parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
