ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to disconnect the Service connection which was granted in favour of the 3rd respondent.

2. Heard Mr. G.Mohankumar, the Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr. S.Deenadhayalan, the Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 and perused the material documents available on record.

3. The petitioner has submitted a representation, dated 22.09.2020 to this effect.

4. This Court without expressing anything on merits, directing the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 22.09.2020. While, considering the representation, the respondents shall issue notice to the petitioner as well as the 3rd respondent and grant personal hearing also. After considering the objections of the Petitioner as well as the 3rd respondent, speaking order shall be passed. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of Six months, from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
