ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No. 323 of 2015 dated 09.08.2015.

2. Today(i.e 20.09.2018), when the matter is called, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit the gold jewels which is said to have been stolen from the petitioner is still remaining undetected and report to that effect has been filed before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur, Dindigul District.

3. The respondent police is directed to continue with the investigation till final report is filed under section 173(2) Cr.P.C.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
