2.The writ petitioners belonging to Adi Dravidar community. They seek free house site pattas. The third respondent is the authority competent to consider the petitioners' request. 3.I direct the third respondent to consider the petitioners' representations and pass order on merits and in accordance with law. This shall be done by the third respondent within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
