ORDER

The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 23.11.2022 made in W.P(MD) No.120 of 2015.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent pointed out that Writ Appeal has been filed. The Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court, has granted interim stay, in C.M.P(MD) No.16319 of 2023 in W.A(MD) No.2044 of 2023, on 01.12.2023.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to revive the Contempt Petition after disposal of the Writ Appeal.
