ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day seeking further time to dispose of the case in C.C.No. 364 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 20.09.2019 and the letter in D.No. 374, dated 21.02.2022 of the Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, this Court made the following order:- By letter, dated 21.02.2022 addressed to the Assistant Registrar, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor has requested further time of three months to dispose of the case in C.C.No.364 of 2019.
