ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking for a writ of mandamus directing the respondent herein to release the sale deeds dated 21.12.2022 registered as pending Doc Nos.34/2022 and 35/2022 dated 22.12.2022.

2. The case of the petitioners is that they have presented a sale deed for registration and the same was registered on 22.12.2022, but the document was not released so far. Hence, he seeks direction of this Court.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the said document (Nos.34 and 35 of 2022) is kept pending for determination of the market value.

4. In that view of the matter, if any proceeding initiated under Section 47 of the Indian Stamp Act, the same shall be completed and order shall be passed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the petitioner and the petition mentioned document shall be released on payment of stamp determined.
