ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 397, 120 (b) IPC and Section 25(1) (b) of the Arms Act seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard both sides.

3.This is the second anticipatory application. The previous anticipatory bail petition in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.719 of 2019 was filed by the petitioner along with another accused, who is arrayed as A26. This Court after considering the allegation made against the petitioner that her husband had handed over the pistol and concealed the same in her house and subsequently, she has handed over the pistol to A26 and she kept the pistol near water tank of her house and she was part of the conspiracy, has dismissed the said petition insofar as the petitioner herein is concerned. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.10500 of 2019 4.However, this Court granted anticipatory bail to A26. After dismissal of the said petition, there is no change of circumstance. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the petitioner has not made out a case for getting anticipatory bail. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
