RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time in Crl.OP(MD)No. 11087/2018 dated 04.07.2018 as this Honourable Court may deem fit for the surrender and production of sureties by the petitioner Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.SATHEESH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execution of sureties in Crl.O.P(MD) No.11087 of 2018, dated 04.07.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1000/-(Rupees Thousand only) to the credit of the Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund and on such deposit, the time for surrender and to execute the sureties before the concerned Court is extended by two weeks from today. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.The petitioner is directed to produce the receipt of deposited amount at the time of executing the sureties.
