Respondents Prayer :- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant Patta in the name of the principal of the petitioner namely 'Alimagani Kadarsha, W/o.Mohamed Ismail Kadarsha' in Plot No.41 and 42 for a total extent of 10 cents 141 Sq.ft situated in R.S.No.237/2, Tallakulam Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District on the basis of the sale deed in Doc.No.683/1985 dated 15.02.1985 stands in the name of the principal of the petitioner and connected parent document and Court orders and to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.06.2022.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The second respondent is directed to enquire into the petition mentioned representation and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent will put the interested persons on notice before passing final order. It is for the second respondent to pass orders one way or the other. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
