PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to issue the patta in S.No.1/2 based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.07.2019, within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to issue patta for the land in natham S.No.1/2 situated at Anthaneri Village, K.Pudur, Madurai, based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.07.2019.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that patta was given in favour of the petitioner for the aforesaid property, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.07.2019 and a copy of the same has also been communicated to the petitioner on 10.06.2019. Challenging the same, one Vanjinathan, who is not a party in this writ petition, has preferred an appeal before the appellate authority and the same is pending now. Therefore, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the petitioner has to workout his remedy before the authorities concerned.

3.By recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is dismissed as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
