ORDER
The prayer in the writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to pass orders on the proposals sent by the 2nd respondent relating to enrolling the petitioner under the old General Provident Fund scheme i.e, Teacher's Provident Fund Scheme from 28.03.2003 onwards with all attendant salary, benefits and other emoluments as well as pensionary benefits in accordance with Letter No.
92399/Pension/2005-1 dated 13.04.2006 of the Tamil Nadu Finance (Pension) Department, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2.Having regard to the limited relief sought for, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the proposals sent by the 2nd respondent dated 07.05.2015 seeking to enroll the petitioner under the old General Provident Fund scheme i.e, Teacher's Provident Fund Scheme from 28.03.2003 onwards with all attendant salary, benefits and other emoluments as well as pensionary benefits and pass orders in accordance with Letter No. 92399/Pension/2005-1 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
dated 13.04.2006 of the Tamil Nadu Finance (Pension) Department, within a period of three months preferably on or before 30.04.2017.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
