Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner seeks inclusion of his name in the joint patta. It is seen that the first respondent has already recommended the petitioner's case. The second respondent is directed to implement the same and include the name of the petitioner in the joint patta. This shall be done within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
