ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court that the order of this Court in WMP.(MD)No.8649 of 2025 in WP.(MD)No. 11682 of 2025 dated 23.04.2025, has not been complied with.

2.This Contempt petition has been filed as against an interim order. When this contempt petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel on either side submits that the main writ petition itself has been disposed of, on 24.11.2025.

3.Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy based on the order passed in the main writ petition.
