This writ petition has been filed, seeking a Writ of Certiorari to call for the impugned order passed by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.1794/2015/A6, dated 08.03.2017 and to quash the same as illegal.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has circulated a letter to the registry for withdrawal of the case, based on the instructions given by the petitioner.
