The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's request for change of date of birth in the Service Register has been rejected by the respondents through a letter in Na.Ka.No.3757/2022/M., dated 21.07.2022. As such, the prayer sought for in the present writ petition has become infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order, dated 21.07.2022, in accordance with law.
