ORDER

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 1196 days in representing the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 6.

3. The contesting respondent is the first respondent herein. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent would submit that there is no bonafide reason given by the petitioner in the affidavit.

4. But being satisfied with the reasons stated in paragraph Nos.4 and 5 of the affidavit, the delay is condoned with a condition to the petitioner to pay the cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the Women Lawyers Association 2/3

attached to the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to Court.
