RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to comply the order dated 18.06.2019 made in Crl.MP (MD)No.4076/2019 on the file of this Honourable Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.R.PRITHIVIRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.ANANDHARAJ, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- On 18.06.2019, this Court suspended the sentence with a condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the credit of Cr.No.22 of 2007 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi, within a period of two weeks. 2.However, the petitioner has not been complied with the condition and hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner filed a extension petition seeking extension of time to comply with the condition.

3.In view of the above, one week time is granted from today to comply with the conditional order.
