O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent Police not to harass the petitioner and her family members under guise of enquiry. 2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today (ie., 22.07.2022), the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the complaint given by the third respondent, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 26.04.2022. The same is recorded.

4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the second respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass her.

5.With the above observation, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
