This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.642 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent police.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that in this case investigation has been competed and final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangulam, Tenkasi District on 28.10.2021
