ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take appropriate action on the petitioner's representation dated 26.03.2022. 1/4

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a representation on 26.03.2022 to prevent the agricultural lands being converted into plots. However, the same is yet to be considered. Hence, the Writ Petition.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be considered within the time stipulated by this Court.

4. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.03.2022 and dispose of the same, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
