ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the first respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the third respondent has launched a complaint as against the petitioner on 10.02.2026, touching upon the garment business run by them jointly. He further submits that after enquiry, they have agreed that they will settle the money transaction. 3.The aforesaid submissions will make it clear that the dispute relates to the business and money transactions and therefore, the second respondent has no jurisdiction whatsoever to conduct an enquiry. 4.In view of the aforesaid facts, there shall be a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 5.The Writ Petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
