Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the third respondent to give appropriate protection at the time of land survey formulate in the property comprised in S.F.No.37/2E2 and 37/2G2 of Utchapatti Village, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District in the light of the closure report ended by the third respondent on 07.06.2018 and grant such other relief.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for police protection.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) woudl submit that the fourth respondent has given complaint against the petitioner and five others and the same has been registered in Crime No. 805 of 2014 for offences under Sections 294(b), 506(i), 468,47, 420 r/w.120 (b) of IPC. Subsequently police have altered the report against https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

seven persons only. The petitioner has been arrayed as A6.

3. In view of the above, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court. Hence the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
