The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 25.11.2022 in W.P.(MD).No.9417 of 2015.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents would submit that the State Governments/respondents had filed an appeal before this Court in W.A.(MD).No.1133 of 2023 against the order dated 25.11.2022 in W.P. (MD).No.9417 of 2015 and the same was allowed on 17.07.2025.
