ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of inquiry. 2.It is seen the from the records that the fourth respondent has lodged a complaint as against the petitioner on 09.03.2026 alleging that the petitioner has not refunded the money which he has received. It is clear that it is a case of money dispute. Hence, the police authorities are not entitled to interfere with the same. Therefore, there shall be a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents. 3.With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
