(MD) No. 7857 of 2019 dated 24/06/2019 and thus render justice. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.7857 of 2019, dated 24/06/2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that since he is unable to produce sureties he could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court.
