Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioner.

2. The petitioner in R.C.O.P.No.189 of 2016 on the file of the Rent Controller, Additional District Munsif Court, Madurai Town, is the revision petitioner herein. The revision petitioner's grievance is that even though he has entered into the witness box, he has not been cross examined and for this reason, the matter is being needlessly adjourned. Finding force in the request of the revision petitioner, this Court directs the Rent Controller, Additional District Munsif Court, Madurai Town, to dispose of R.C.O.P.No.189 of 2016, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In fine, this civil revision petition stands allowed. No costs.
