This petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of inquiry on a Complaint lodged by the defacto complainant by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 29.05.2023.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents police submits that the police have made inquiry and on the basis of the representation of the defacto complainant dated 29.05.2023 and the said representation was ultimately closed on 29.06.2023. It is also submitted that subsequent to the closure of the representation on 29.06.2023, the police did not seek presence of the petitioner and that the presence of the petitioner is no longer required in respect of the representation dated 29.05.2023 given by defacto complainant. 2/4

3. Recording the above submissions, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition and therefore, this petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 12.07.2023 NCC :
