This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to expedite the investigation in Crime No. 274 of 2015 dated 01.09.2015 and to file the final report

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

3. Perused the materials placed on record.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.274 of 2015, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be,under due intimation of the defacto complainant. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
