The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to move the First Appellate Court.

The Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned fair and decreetal order filed by the revision petitioner along with this civil revision petition, to enable him to file the same before the First Appellate Court. Time taken in filing and prosecuting the civil revision petition shall stand excluded, while computing the period of limitation. 3.It is seen that the revision petitioner enjoyed the interim order of injunction in I.A.No.1148 of 2016, till the passing of the impugned order.
