Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR. M.JEGADEESHPANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.NEELAKANDAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners' surrender and execution of sureties in Crl.O.P(MD) No.14832 of 2018, dated 23.08.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.1000/-(Rupees Thousand only) each to the credit of the Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund and on such deposit, the time for surrender and to execute the sureties before the concerned Court is extended by two weeks from today.
