The Petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition seeking to direct the respondents to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 2.8.2018 in the light of G.O.Ms.No.234, School Education(G2)Department, dated 10.09.2009 and G.O.Ms.No.216,School Education (G2)Department dated 30.12.2011.

2.Mrs.S.Srimathi, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

follows:

''38(IV)It is further made clear that the benefits as directed above, shall be extended to the parties who are before this Court alone and no fresh Writ Petition would be entertained on and from 09.12.2016..'' 4.From the above, it is made clear that no fresh Writ Petition would be entertained on and from 09.12.2016. Hence the Petitioner is not entitled to the relief sought for in the Writ Petition. 5.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
