ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue a direction to the respondent No.2, to file a final Report in Cr.No.445 of 2016 dated 27.09.2016, on the file of the second respondent, under Sections 457 and 380 of IPC.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the second respondent Police has registered a case in Crime No.445 of 2016, under Sections 457, 380 IPC on 27.09.2016. The second respondent Police has conducted enquiry in Crime No.445 of 2016 and closed the same as 'undeducted' on 18.02.2018. On 31.07.2018, notice has been served in RCS No.101 of 2018, to the defacto complainant/petitioner.

3.Recording the said submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
