O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the criminal proceedings in crime no.58/2023 on the file of the Dhadikombu Police Station, Dindigul District and quash the same. 2.The contention of the petitioner is that based on the complaint lodged by the 2nd respondent, the 1st respondent registered the First Information Report in Crime No.58 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 469, 507, 509 of IPC against the petitioner. Seeking quashment of the same on various grounds this petition has been filed. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that so far 6 witnesses have been examined. The investigation will be completed within a period of two months.

4.The petitioner has to wait till the investigation be completed, since I find no reason to quash the FIR at this stage, since it is simply stated that the penal provisions are not attracted. 2/4

5.In view of the undertaking given by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
