The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 to 4 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, based on the petitioner representation, dated 09.01.2017. 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, both the parties were called only for the purpose of enquiry and after enquiry, the case was closed and therefore, the presence of the petitioner is not at all required by the respondents police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
