ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction directing the second respondent to proceed against the third respondent to recover money and dispose the representation dated 31.07.2021 according to law within stipulated time.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.409 of 2021. During the course of enquiry, it was found that it is a purely money dispute and the case was closed on 08.08.2021.
3.Since the complaint has been closed by the enquiry officer advising the parties to workout their remedy before the appropriate Court through proper proceedings, nothing survives for further consideration and direction in this matter.
