2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police would submit that FIR has already been registered against this petitioner in Crime No. 165 of 2023 on 22.06.2023, on the file of the 2nd respondent police.

3. In view of the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
