[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble CHIEF JUSTICE] We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. We had asked the leared Advocates for the respondents about the position of illegal construction of PDS (Public Distribution System) shops. 2.

It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that directions have been given to stop the construction and further construction would not be carried out unless due permission in accordance with law is obtained.

In view of the said statement, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
