This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner praying to direct the respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 30.01.2017 for either excluding payment for the un-utilized period form 11.04.2014 to 11.08.2016 towards the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
hospital ESI Code No.57000727900001401 or reducing the same and to regularize the ESI Account of petitioner Hospital, within the stipulated time.
2. Heard Mr.S.T.Sasidharan Tamilkani, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3. Considering the limited scope of the request of the learned counsel for the Writ petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court is inclined to issue the following direction:- "The respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 30.01.2017, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
