[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner has made a representation dated 29.08.2018 before the respondents seeking to re-open Sri Sakala Gurunathar, Sri Subramaniya Swami and 18 Sithars Temple situated at Tanjakur, Manamaduri Taluk, Sivagangai District, which was closed, in view of the dispute between two groups. Seeking a direction to the respondents to act on the said representation, the petitioner is before this Court with this Writ Petition.

2. Considering the above, without going into the merits of the case, the third respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 29.08.2018 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the petitioner as well as the rival parties.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of, on the above terms. No costs.
